Return & Refund Policy
- All our products go through a two stage quality assurance process. In an unlikely event, if we still sent a tarpaulin which has a manufacturing or dimensional error, we will gladly replace it with no cost to the customer. In other cases, we will not be able to accept returns as all our tarpaulins are custom made as per customer’s requirement. Please note that all our tarpaulins are generally 2-6 cms (depending on the size of the tarpaulin) larger than the dimension’s provided by the customer, this is for the ease of use, in case the customer does want the leeway to be adjusted to their requirement, they need to specify the same on the comment section during the checkout process.
- If our tarpaulins come with a manufacturing or dimensional error, then we would request the client to send the pictures of those errors on feedback@tarpsandall.com along with some explanation. Once we receive the images and the relevant information, we will quickly send the replacement tarpaulin with expedited shipping
- Personalised tarpaulins which have a text or logo embossed on them, as per customer’s specification and therefore they cannot be returned or refunded, We would provide a replacement tarpaulin if there has been printed error on our behalf, in case of a printing error we would request the client to mail us the images of the error on feedback@tarpsandall.com. Once we receive the images, we will gladly send a replacement tarpaulin free of cost to the client.
- The size of the logo and the text depends on the type of tarpaulin which the customer selects. We select the most appropriate and visible size for the personalisation. For Image Personalisation we would request the customer to share us the image required on the tarpaulin in high resolution file for obtaining the optimum results, please note that the printing quality of the image on the tarpaulin would highly depend on the quality of the image shared by the client. In case of low resolution files, we do not take any guarantee of the end result.
- All our personalisation is done via UV printing and dye sublimation using high grade inks for colour vibrancy and outdoor durability. In extreme weather condition’s the outdoor life of the printing can be reduced.
- Please note that we cannot process any refunds, on the personalised tarpaulin.
